What is

food safety training?

Training in food safety gives current and aspiring food service professionals the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to safely receive, store, handle, and serve food to their guests.

Brooks Food Safety (BFS) strives to produce well-rounded food protection managers and responsible alcohol servers.  These individuals will know the whats, whys, and hows of serving food and alcohol safely, as well as help improve employee performance and preserve your reputation.

BFS uses the ServSafe® Food Safety and Alchol Programs from the National Restaurant Association.  The food safety program, created by industry leaders, blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research, and food sanitation training experience.

Its flagship certification, the Food Protection Manager Certification Exam, is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CCP), and ServSafe certification is recognized by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification.

The Safer. The Better.
