After earning his ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification 2010, Kyle became a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered ServSafe Proctor at the age of 19 in 2014. In 2016, he became an Approved ServSafe Alcohol Instructor, and he also holds the ServSafe Allergens Certificate. Kyle is an alumnus of Florida International University, having graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Science in Hospitality Management.
Kyle has had the honor of training people all over his native Virginia and from different sectors of the industry. When Kyle is not cooking, he enjoys studying wine, learning Italian and German, golfing, and cheering on his Steelers!
